Our citrusy sour pale ale is a nostalgic reminder of sherbet fountains and dib dabs of years gone by. Playful, spritzy and refreshing with hop character provided by a fresh combo of US and NZ hops.
Grist: Scottish Extra Pale Barley, Oats, Dextrin (GLUTEN)
Hot-side hops: Pilgrim T90, Citra T90, Centennial T90
Cold-side Hops: Citra T90, Motueka T90
Yeast: Sour Pitch & US-05
